TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of the current public procurement, the selected contractor shall provide consultancy services related to the organization and management of the project, measures for visibility, transparency and communication, as well as reporting on the planned activities. The aim is to ensure the quality and timely implementation and accountability of the project, in accordance with the conditions of the ADFPF. The selected contractor, together with the project manager, will be responsible for the overall organization and coordination of the workflow for managing and implementing the project and its activities, defining, specifying, and distributing specific tasks among the experts. The scope of the public procurement includes the following activities to be carried out by the selected contractor: 1. Document review 2. Monitoring, control and coordination of contract execution within the project 3. Overall management and reporting on project progress 4.
