TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement 2025-092 covers the completion of all procedures and formalities aimed at land regularization and the release of the necessary properties as part of land control projects related to infrastructure projects or multimodal hubs or bus station projects. The framework agreement is established in the form of a multi-award framework agreement which will lead to the issuance of purchase orders. The number of awardees is set at two (2) subject to a sufficient number of compliant offers. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 400,000 Euros excluding VAT per contractual period of 24 months.
