TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement 2025-092 concerns the completion of all procedures and formalities aimed at land regularization and the release of assets necessary within the framework of land control projects related to infrastructure projects or multimodal hubs or bus station projects. The framework agreement is awarded as a multi-award framework agreement which will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The number of awardees is set at two (2) subject to a sufficient number of compliant bids. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 400,000 Euros excluding VAT per 24-month contract period.
