TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor sells the hardware to the client according to the agreements in the contract and transfers ownership to the client with each delivery. The contractor undertakes, in accordance with legal requirements and without separate compensation, the disposal or recycling of the packaging and, at the client's request, also the delivered hardware or parts thereof after their respective end of use, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., compensation for disposal). Disposal or recycling must be carried out professionally. Disposal by the contractor must ensure that stored data is neither readable nor reconstructable. The client is entitled to remove parts of the hardware before collection for disposal. The documentation of the hardware is to be provided in German and in printed or printable form unless otherwise agreed. The contractor delivers the hardware free of harmful software*, e.g. in supplied drivers or firmware. This must be checked appropriately at a reasonable time before delivery.
