TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor sells the hardware to the client according to the agreements in the contract and transfers ownership to the client with each delivery. The contractor assumes, in accordance with legal requirements and without separate remuneration, the disposal or recycling of the packaging, and at the client's request, also of the delivered hardware or parts thereof after their respective end of use, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., remuneration for disposal). The disposal or recycling must be carried out professionally in each case. Disposal by the contractor must be done in such a way that stored data is neither readable nor reconstructable. The client is entitled to remove parts of the hardware prior to collection for disposal. The documentation of the hardware must be provided in German and in printed or printable form, unless otherwise agreed. The contractor delivers the hardware free from harmful software*, e.g. in supplied drivers or firmware. This must be checked in an appropriate manner at a reasonable time before delivery.
