TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following tender concerns energy refurbishment measures for the façade areas while operations are ongoing at the Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium in Leverkusen -Opladen. Due to the close proximity to the school, an increased presence of children must be expected, including after school hours. The construction site schedule is to be managed with a justifiable level of effort in such a way that the least possible burden arises for school operations. The contractor must ensure that the necessary obligation for traffic safety as well as the securing of all work areas is adequately fulfilled independently at all times. The work is therefore to be carried out with appropriate consideration, in particular for noise-intensive work. Access to the construction site must be kept closed at all times. Construction vehicles and delivery traffic may enter the school premises only after prior registration, only at walking speed, and with extreme caution.
