TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following tender concerns energetic renovation measures of the façade areas during ongoing operations at the Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium in Leverkusen-Opladen. Due to the spatial proximity to the school, an increased presence of children must be expected, even after school hours. The construction site workflow must be managed with reasonable effort so that the burden on the school operation is minimized. The contractor must ensure that the necessary traffic safety obligations as well as the securing of all work areas are independently and sufficiently fulfilled at all times. The work must therefore be carried out with appropriate consideration, especially for noisy work. Access to the construction site must be kept closed at all times. Construction vehicles and delivery traffic may only enter the school grounds after prior registration and must proceed at walking pace and with utmost caution. A site inspection is strongly recommended before submitting an offer. Appointments for this can be arranged with the site supervision. Storage space is only available to a limited extent.
