TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes an optional tranche defined in the specifications. The services are paid by unit and lump-sum prices. Following the end of the SARE program (end 2024) and the OPAHs (May 2026), SNA wishes to engage in the new ANAH scheme: the "General Interest Program - Territorial Pact France Renov'" (PIG - PT FR'), which allows SNA to resume the information and advice missions of the France Renov' Advisory Space and to replace the former OPAHs in supporting housing owners in their work (energy renovation, adaptation to aging or disability, fight against unfit housing, and renovation of co-ownerships).
