TENDER DESCRIPTION
Festhalle Opladen, which is associated with the Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium, will undergo comprehensive refurbishment. The refurbishment includes the entire building envelope as well as all stage technology, including the building services equipment. The concrete repair works include the following services: At a total area of approximately 475 m2 of the reinforced concrete load-bearing structure (façade-side areas of reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs), partial concrete restoration measures are to be carried out in the area of inadequate compaction, spalling concrete and corroded reinforcement bars. Subsequently, a surface-applied concrete coating shall be applied to increase the concrete cover to the previously mentioned total area.
