TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Festhalle Opladen, associated with the Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium, is to undergo comprehensive refurbishment. The refurbishment includes the entire building envelope as well as the complete stage technology, including the building services equipment. The concrete restoration works comprise the following services: On an overall area of approximately 475 m2 of the reinforced concrete load-bearing structure (facade-side areas of reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs), partial concrete repair measures are to be carried out in the area of compaction deficiencies, concrete spalling and corroded reinforcing steel. Subsequently, a surface-applied concrete coating is carried out to increase concrete cover over the aforementioned overall area.
