TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Festhalle Opladen, associated with Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium, is to undergo comprehensive refurbishment. The refurbishment includes the entire building envelope as well as the complete stage technology including the building services equipment. The bill of quantities (LV) for plastering work includes the following services: Approx. 400 m2 to remove and dispose of floor coverings made of OSB Approx. 700 m2 to protect floor surfaces with painter’s fleece and film Approx. 3,250 m2 of wall surfaces to be inspected and prepared, repaired Of these: approx. 1,400 m2 to be cleaned, 1,400 m2 to be sandblasted and 450 m2 to be dash-plastered / render removed Approx. 1,500 m2 cement render, of which approx. 1,000 m2 as a two-coat render system Approx. 2,000 m2 gypsum plaster incl. stairwell plastering Pointing/plastering work on windows and exterior doors and on technical components will be carried out with time offsets, depending on the construction sequence.
