TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Festhalle Opladen, which is part of the Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium, is being subjected to comprehensive refurbishment. The refurbishment includes the entire building envelope as well as all stage technology including the building services equipment. The bill of quantities for drywall partition works—walls comprises the following services: - Approx. 125 m2 of free-standing lining panels with cement construction boards - Approx. 25 m2 of free-standing lining panels with gypsum construction boards - Approx. 35 m2 metal stud wall, double-sided sheathed with gypsum construction boards - Approx. 65 m2 metal stud wall as an F90 service duct wall, executed on both sides - Approx. 20 m2 metal stud wall as a service duct wall, reinforced in a triple-layer design with steel sheet In addition, related ancillary services such as sliding connections, reinforcements for suspended pre-wall mounting elements, reinforcements for doors and flaps, inspection flaps, installation openings, etc..
