TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the property of the so-called “NaturGut Ophoven”, various construction measures are planned in order to rehabilitate the buildings damaged by the flood of 14.07.2021. The building ensemble includes a park-like garden that is used for teaching purposes. The construction site is located in Leverkusen-Opladen at Talstraße 4. The subject of this tender is: Earthworks, drainage sewer works, concrete and masonry works. The entire ensemble is under monument protection and lies within the landscape protection area “Ölbachtal / Wiembachtal” (LSG-4908-0023), in which increased protective measures regarding the handling of contamination, storage of hazardous or substance/pollutant-containing materials apply. This is particularly true for work in the outdoor area and for earthworks. Appropriate careful handling of the existing listed (monument-protected) building fabric is mandatory.
