TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the property of the so-called "NaturGut Ophoven" various construction measures are planned in order to rehabilitate the buildings damaged by the flooding of 14.07.2021. The building ensemble includes a park-like landscaped garden that is used for teaching purposes. The construction site is located in Leverkusen-Opladen at Talstraße 4. The subject of this invitation to tender is: Earthworks, drainage and sewer pipework, concrete and bricklaying/masonry works. The entire ensemble is under monument protection and is located in the landscape protection area "Ölbachtal / Wiembachtal" (LSG-4908-0023), in which increased protective measures apply with regard to handling contamination, storage of hazardous substances or substances containing pollutants. This applies in particular to work in the outdoor area and to earthworks. Careful handling of the existing building fabric protected as a monument is absolutely necessary.
