TENDER DESCRIPTION

Various construction measures are planned on the property of the so-called "NaturGut Ophoven" in order to rehabilitate the buildings damaged by the flooding of 14.07.2021. The building ensemble includes a park-like garden that is used for teaching purposes. The construction site is located in Leverkusen-Opladen at Talstraße 4. The subject of this invitation to tender is: Earthworks, drainage sewer pipe works, concrete and masonry works. The entire ensemble is under heritage protection and is located in the landscape protection area "Ölbachtal / Wiembachtal" (LSG-4908-0023) in which increased protective measures apply with regard to handling contamination, storage of hazardous or substance-rich pollutants. This applies in particular to work in the outdoor area and to earthworks. Careful handling of the existing building fabric that is subject to heritage protection is mandatory. The entire construction project is financially supported as part of the NRW-FLUT funding (funding guideline "Reconstruction North Rhine-Westphalia")
