TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Duisburg plans to award a BMA concession to a concessionaire for the duration of the contract term. The period for providing the services begins upon issuance of the order, at the earliest, however, on 01.01.2027, and ends after 120 months. This is a concession award in accordance with §§ 105 and 148 et seq. GWB in conjunction with the Concession Award Regulation (KonzVgV). If other references are listed in the notice, these are made systemically through the procurement management system. This procurement procedure is therefore carried out in accordance with the conditions of the Concession Award Regulation (KonzVgV). To the extent that the notice refers to Directive 2014/24/EU, this incorrect reference is also provided systemically by the procurement management system. The decisive instrument for this procurement procedure is Directive 2014/23/EU.
