TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the staggered provision of temporary workers for the seasonal support of Duisburg Waste Management Services - AöR in the period from 19.10.2026 to 16.01.2027. In Phase 1 (19.10.2026 - 12.12.2026), a total of 24 temporary workers will be deployed (12 helpers/loaders and 12 drivers with driving license class B). In Phase 2 (14.12.2026 - 16.01.2027), the requirement is reduced to 16 temporary workers (8 helpers/loaders and 8 drivers). The specific selection of the persons to be further employed from calendar week 51/2026 onward will be made solely by Duisburg Waste Management Services - AöR based on the work performance and conduct shown in Phase 1. The deployed persons will be stationed at the depots Hochfeld (Zur Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg) and Hamborn (Schlachthofstraße 8, 47167 Duisburg) and are required for the following tasks: Setting up and removing leaf grates, collection and removal of leaves and leaf bags, removal of Christmas trees, general street and cleaning work, mechanical and manual, support in winter service.
