TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the staggered provision of temporary workers for the seasonal support of the Duisburg Municipal Services - AöR from 19.10.2026 to 16.01.2027. In Phase 1 (19.10.2026 - 12.12.2026), a total of 24 temporary workers will be employed (12 helpers/loaders and 12 drivers with Class B driving license). In Phase 2 (14.12.2026 - 16.01.2027), the requirement decreases to 16 temporary workers (8 helpers/loaders and 8 drivers). The specific selection of the persons to be further employed from week 51/2026 will be made unilaterally by the Duisburg Municipal Services - AöR based on the work performance and work behavior shown in Phase 1. The personnel deployed will be stationed at the depots Hochfeld (Zur Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg) and Hamborn (Schlachthofstraße 8, 47167 Duisburg) and are required for the following tasks: Placement and removal of leaf grids, collection and removal of leaves and leaf bags, removal of Christmas trees, general street and cleaning work, both machine and manual, support in winter services.
