TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of street sweepings: A central point of contact as well as a representative, including their contact details, shall be designated by the Contractor (AN). The Contractor’s (AN) facility or transfer point must be located in the vicinity of Duisburg, at a maximum distance of 25 km (as the crow flies) from the DU-Hochfeld depot, Zur Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg. At the facility and at the transfer point there must be the possibility to tip off the street sweepings delivered in the containers immediately. “Intermediate storage” of the delivered and filled containers is not possible. All waste received on behalf of the Contracting Authority (AG) must be recorded on the officially calibrated weighbridge at the Contractor’s (AN) facility or transfer point. This must be documented by means of a weigh ticket. A copy/duplicate of the weigh ticket shall be handed to the AG’s driver upon return transport.
