DEG Duisburger Einkaufsgesellschaft mbH carries out this invitation to tender on behalf of and for the account of City of Duisburg Environmental Office 31-3 Friedrich-Wilhelm-Str. 96 47051 Duisburg The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning, manufacture, delivery and installation of playground equipment for the 2nd and 3rd construction phases of Stadtpark Hochheide. The planned Stadtpark Hochheide is located in the Duisburg district "Wohnpark Hochheide". This district is characterised by residential high-rise blocks of up to 20 storeys from the 1970s. After the creation of an Integrated Urban Development Concept in 2013, a plan for Stadtpark Hochheide was developed with the involvement of the residents, which forms the basis for the present invitation to tender. The park consists of three areas with different thematic focal points and covers a total area of around 8.5 ha, with a large part of the planning area being located on the demolition area of three high-rise buildings and an underground car park.
