The reason for this procurement is the planned construction of a new underground parking garage on the Morspoort site (project M lots) in the municipality of Leiden. This garage must replace the current parking capacity and provide for both the parking demand of the area itself and that of the surrounding area and visitors to the city centre. Based on a forecast of the assignment, the contract value is estimated at approximately €150,000 per year. The total estimated contract value for the entire assignment, based on the maximum duration of eight (8) years, is €1,200,000.
