TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Leiderdorp is looking for a contractor to draft the new part of the spatial planning plan. The current spatial planning plan is largely made up of a temporary part, including former zoning plans, the bridal grant (bruidsschat), and relevant municipal by-laws. The assignment concerns building up the new part by area and by subject, whereby existing rules are replaced, updated and integrated in accordance with the Environmental Planning Act (Omgevingswet) and applicable legislation and regulations. The assignment relates to the phased drafting and development of the new spatial planning plan for the municipality of Leiderdorp. The work includes, among other things, drawing up a basic scheme, replacing the zoning plans De Baanderij and Bospoort, and making substantive amendments to the spatial planning plan for the intended developments in these areas.
