TENDER DESCRIPTION
This multi-award framework agreement with purchase orders aims to provide financial, accounting and contractual audit services, as well as expert and assistance missions for the execution of contracts concluded between Île-de-France Mobilités and SNCF Voyageurs, as well as between Île-de-France Mobilités and SNCF Gares & Connexions. These services are intended to enable Île-de-France Mobilités to ensure the proper fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the operators, verify the reliability and accuracy of the financial information provided, and ensure control of the economic balances of the contracts. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 2,200,000 Euros excluding VAT per contractual period of 24 months.
