TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pursuant to the relevant requirements of the fire protection needs plan of the municipality of Nohfelden, a new fire-fighting district Selbach-Neunkirchen/Nahe was established, comprising the two formerly independent fire-fighting districts of the localities Selbach and Neunkirchen/Nahe of Nohfelden. This new fire-fighting district represents the western part of all fire-fighting districts of Nohfelden. To house this new fire-fighting district, the construction of a new fire station is planned in the access road “An der Biermauer” in the town centre of Selbach, located in a traffic-favourable location. This new construction meets the modern current requirements applicable to a modern fire station. In addition to the three-aisled vehicle hall, the changing and wet rooms separated by gender (including SW sluices) and a training and social room, the new building is intended to accommodate the central clothing store of all fire-fighting districts of Nohfelden.
