TENDER DESCRIPTION
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the fire protection needs plan of the municipality of Nohfelden, a new fire-fighting district Selbach-Neunkirchen/Nahe has been established, comprising the two formerly independent fire-fighting districts of the Nohfelden local districts of Selbach and Neunkirchen/Nahe. This new fire-fighting district represents the western part of all Nohfelden fire-fighting districts. In order to accommodate this new fire-fighting district, the construction of a new fire station building is to be carried out in the adjacent street “An der Biermauer” in the town centre of Selbach, which is well located in terms of traffic. This new construction meets the modern current requirements for a modern equipment building. In addition to the three-aisle vehicle hall, the changing and wet rooms separated by gender (incl. SW sluices) and a training and social room, the new building is intended to house the central wardrobe/kit room for all Nohfelden fire-fighting districts.
