TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance contract for green spaces on the Hauts-de-Bièvre Habitat estate in Châtenay-Malabry. This is a single-award composite contract comprising: - A lump sum part corresponding to the annual maintenance services; - A unit price part corresponding to additional and occasional maintenance services. This part will be executed by issuing purchase orders, established on the basis of the unit price schedule (UPS) and concluded without minimum commitment and with a maximum amount of 60,000 Euros excluding VAT over the overall duration, including renewal periods.
