TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conversion and modernization of the outdoor swimming pool Landsweiler-Reden in the municipality of Schiffweiler. The current outdoor swimming pool has a considerable need for refurbishment. In order to make the swimming pool overall more attractive, the municipality of Schiffweiler has decided to completely redesign the outdoor swimming pool. For details, reference is made to the General Construction Description attached to the procurement documents, the presentation of the scope of refurbishment and the construction measure, the organizational notes, and the other documents. The subject of this invitation to tender is the services for object planning pursuant to § 34 HOAI (service phases 5-9) as well as the services for outdoor facilities planning pursuant to § 39 HOAI (service phases 5-9). The construction measure will be funded with public funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to commission individual service phases in stages.
