TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conversion and modernization of the outdoor swimming pool in Landsweiler-Reden in the municipality of Schiffweiler. The current outdoor swimming pool has a significant need for renovation. In order to make the swimming pool overall more attractive, the municipality of Schiffweiler has decided to completely redesign the outdoor swimming pool. For details, reference is made to the General Building Description attached to the tender documents, the presentation of the scope of renovation and the construction measure, the organizational information, as well as the other documents. The subject of this invitation to tender are the object planning services pursuant to § 34 HOAI (service phases 5-9) as well as the landscape planning services for outdoor facilities pursuant to § 39 HOAI (service phases 5-9). The construction measure will be funded by public funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to commission individual service phases in stages.
