- Project management, see § 2 Issue 9 AHO (May 2025) - Commissioning management, see Chapter 8.4, Issue 19 AHO (January 2018) - Technical commissioning management, see Chapter 9.4, Issue 19 AHO (January 2018) The services to be commissioned are divided analogously to AHO Issue No. 9 into five project stages or assignment blocks: - Assignment block 1: Basic evaluation and preliminary planning (see HOAI service phases 1 and 2) - Assignment block 2: Design planning (see HOAI service phase 3) - Assignment block 3: Approval planning (see HOAI service phase 4) - Assignment block 4: Execution planning, preparation of award and assistance in award (see HOAI service phases 5, 6 and 7) - Assignment block 5: Site supervision and project completion (see HOAI service phase 8) The project management services to be provided by the contractor consist of basic services and special services according to AHO. A fixed assignment is planned for assignment block 1. The contractor has no entitlement to call further assignment blocks.
