TENDER DESCRIPTION

- Project management, cf. § 2, Part 9 AHO (May 2025) - Commissioning management, cf. section 8.4, Part 19 AHO (January 2018) - Technical commissioning management, cf. section 9.4, Part 19 AHO (January 2018) The services to be awarded are divided into five project stages / awarding blocks, analogous to AHO document No. 9: - Awarding block 1: Determination of requirements and preliminary planning (cf. HOAI performance phases 1 and 2) - Awarding block 2: Design planning (cf. HOAI performance phase 3) - Awarding block 3: Approval planning (cf. HOAI performance phase 4) - Awarding block 4: Execution planning, preparation of the tender procedure and participation in the award procedure (cf. HOAI performance phases 5, 6 and 7) - Awarding block 5: Supervision of the project and project close-out (cf. HOAI performance phase 8) The project management services to be provided by the contractor consist of basic services and special services in accordance with AHO. A fixed award is planned for awarding block 1. The contractor has no right to call up further awarding blocks. From not calling up further awarding blocks, the contractor can derive no claims.
