- Project management, see § 2, Part 9 AHO (May 2025) - Commissioning management, see Chapter 8.4, Part 19 AHO (January 2018) - Technical commissioning management, see Chapter 9.4, Part 19 AHO (January 2018) The services to be awarded will be divided, analogously to AHO document No. 9, into five project stages or award blocks: - Award block 1: Collection of basic information and preliminary planning (see HOAI service phases 1 and 2) - Award block 2: Design planning (see HOAI service phase 3) - Award block 3: Approval planning (see HOAI service phase 4) - Award block 4: Detailed design planning, preparation of procurement and participation in the award procedure (see HOAI service phases 5, 6 and 7) - Award block 5: Site supervision and project close-out (see HOAI service phase 8) The project management services to be provided by the contractor consist of basic services and special services according to AHO. A fixed award is intended for award block 1. The contractor has no right to call off additional award blocks. If additional award blocks are not called off, the contractor cannot derive any claims.
