TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders concluded without a minimum commitment and with a maximum amount of EUR 3,800,000 (excl. VAT). The maximum number of awarded parties is set at 2. Purchase orders will be issued as and when required, according to the so-called “in cascade” method. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year from 01/01/2027 or its notification if later. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times for 1 year, without being able to exceed a total of 4 years.
