TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement includes the activities for snow removal of roads (patrol and periodic), clearing snowdrifts, snow ridges and snow accumulations, and removing compacted snow-ice layers; securing roads against slipping: spreading mineral materials (sand application) with sand, stone fractions, clinker slag (sand-salt mixture) or chemical substances (sodium chloride) on the Class IV road network on the territory of Pirdop Municipality and on the street network of Pirdop Municipality. The following activities shall be carried out in the performance of this public procurement: Clearing roads of snow (snow removal) Winter snow removal is carried out as needed, at any time of the day and night. The contractor shall ensure, regardless of changes in weather conditions, normal passability of the road network for the entire term of the contract. Snow removal includes cleaning the snow cover by sequentially pushing snow from the roadway centerline to the verges/shoulders, to the extent required for the respective level of winter maintenance.
