TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the issuance, provision and administration/loading of food vouchers on a physical electronic medium /personalised card/, within the meaning of Ordinance No 7 of 9 July 2003 on the terms and procedure for issuing and withdrawing authorisation to carry out activity as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic medium, for issuing food vouchers on an electronic medium, the characteristics of the issued food vouchers on an electronic medium and carrying out activity as an operator (hereinafter referred to as Ordinance No 7), in conjunction with Article 209a, paragraph 2 of the Corporate Income Tax Act (ЗКПО) for the employees of the Obщина Provadia.      The Contracting Authority shall request from the Contractor the required number of personalised cards to be delivered to it, in accordance with the current number of employee-users. The available personalised cards shall be loaded on a monthly basis with electronic vouchers. The request shall specify the cards of which employees (the specific personalised cards subject to loading) are to be loaded with electronic vouchers and, accordingly, for what amount.
