TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of digital printing services, installation, removal and replacement of the promotional material of the producers that will be presented by ERT (Greek), in order to maximize the dissemination results. The service provided is classified under the following CPV code: 79811000-2 “Digital printing services” and Additional CPV: TA41-2 “For posters”. Tenders are submitted for the entire physical object. The estimated value of the contract amounts to EUR 60,000.00 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: EUR 14,400.00 VAT: EUR 74,400.00), with an option right up to the amount of EUR 30,000.00 excluding VAT 24%, under the same terms as the original contract. The duration of the contract is set at eighteen (18) months from the date of signature. The contract will automatically terminate in the event that the contractor completes the project earlier than the aforementioned period. In case the contracting authority wishes to do so, it retains the right to extend the duration of the contract by activating the option right, in which case the duration of the contract will be extended for a period of up to nine (9) months.
