The contract has an initial duration of 24 months. The anticipated start date for the contract is November 1, 2026, or the day following its formalization if that date occurs later or earlier. An extension of 24 months is foreseen. The total duration of the contract, including any extensions, cannot exceed 4 years (48 months) from its effective date.

• Lot 2 - Glass Bottles: This comprises graduated glass bottles (125ml and 230-250ml capacity) and polypropylene airtight lids for transporting these bottles (single-use).
• Lot 3 - Teats: This covers thermoplastic elastomer teats with a high-density polyethylene screw ring (anatomical W shape, anti-hiccup valve, medium milk flow, 3 speeds, for premature babies, sterile, single-use, latex-free, food-safe, odorless, tasteless, differential color, BPA and DEHP-free).
• Lot 35: Noise protection headphones for neonatal and pediatric magnetic resonance imaging (adhesion via hydrogel, soft velcro strap, noise attenuation of approx. 7dB).
• Lot 36 - Flow Sensor and Cable: This includes polysulfone straight flow sensors for respiratory flow measurement (compatible with Drager Babylog 8000 and Evita volumetric respiratory ventilators, single-use, latex-free) and neonatal flow sensor cables (compatible with Drager respirator, latex-free).
• Lot 37: Bacterial-hydrophobic filters for low negative pressure regulators (low flow, with safety valve at <300mbar, single-use).

The agreement has a duration of 24 months, with a planned extension of another 24 months. The maximum estimated value (VME) for the entire duration, including the possible extension, is €1,128,551.03 (excluding IVA). The total budget for the expedition/tender, excluding IVA, is €403,053.94.
