TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The purpose of this contract is the provision of home-help services in various municipalities in the county of Vallès Oriental. 2. The home-help services covered by the contract include the provision of the basic and complementary services detailed below in the definition provided in clauses 1, 2 and 3 of the Technical Specifications Document: a) Personal and household care service b) Household cleaning service c) Adapted bathing service d) External laundry service e) Meals-on-wheels service (home-delivered meals). 3. In addition, the contract covers the development and innovation of models and forms of social intervention and care for the beneficiary persons to make effective their autonomy and independence, both now and in the future, in their home and in their living environment, using the resources offered by the state of the art and technology, and focusing the services on personal care with a multidisciplinary approach. 4. The specific service requirements are described in the Technical Specifications Document governing this contract.
