TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planned are the partial reconstruction and/or the energy-efficient modernization of the building at Universitätsstraße 78 in Bochum. For the demolition/remediation of the partial areas, an initial assessment of hazardous substances was carried out by Consulting-Büro Frieg GmbH, Bochum (CBF) in coordination with the architectural office, in order to ensure planning certainty and optimize costs. On the basis of the results and the floor plans provided by the planner, a remediation concept was prepared, which serves as the basis for the subsequent bill of quantities. In all other respects, reference is made to the bill of quantities for Lot 5.
