TENDER DESCRIPTION
The partial rebuilding work / energy-efficient modernization of the building at Universitätsstraße 78 in Bochum is planned. For the demolition / remediation of the partial areas, to ensure planning certainty and cost optimization, an initial hazardous substance assessment was carried out by Consulting-Büro Frieg GmbH, Bochum (CBF), in coordination with the architectural firm. On the basis of the results and the floor plans made available by the planner, a remediation concept was developed, which serves as the basis for the following bill of quantities/service specification. In all other respects, reference is made to the service specification for Lot 5.
