TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning section 8 is located in the city of Cloppenburg and in the municipalities of Emstek and Cappeln. The start of the construction section is at construction chainage 800+060, directly adjoining the existing road bypass of Cloppenburg, which is already expanded to four lanes. At construction chainage 801+300, the Cloppenburg-Ost interchange will initially be adapted structurally to the new four-lane alignment. South of the alignment (directional carriageway (Rifa) A 1), between construction chainage 803+000 and 803+500, a car park with WC (PWC facility) will be built. Further to the east, at construction chainage 805+000, the Emstek-West interchange will be adapted structurally to the new alignment. At construction chainage 807+200, the E 233/B 72, as part of the Eichenallee, will receive a new K 359 interchange. For reasons of species conservation, Doktor-Niemann-Straße will be connected by means of a new cross-spur (querspange) to a new roundabout south of the E 233/B 72 alignment on the Eichenallee.
