TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning section 8 is located in the city of Cloppenburg and in the municipalities of Emstek and Cappeln. The start of the construction section connects at construction km 800+060 directly to the existing, already four-lane bypass of Cloppenburg. At construction km 801+300, the Cloppenburg-Ost interchange is first structurally adapted to the new four-lane alignment. South of the alignment (directional carriageway (Rifa) A1), between construction km 803+000 and 803+500 a car park with WC (PWC facility) is to be built. Further east, at construction km 805+000, the Emstek-West interchange is structurally adapted to the new alignment. At construction km 807+200, the E 233/B 72, in the course of the Eichenallee (oak avenue), receives a new connection point K 359. For nature conservation reasons, the Doktor-Niemann-Straße is connected by means of a new cross connection (span/connector) to a new roundabout south of the E 233/B 72 alignment at the Eichenallee. At construction km 808+500, a second PWC facility is built north of the alignment (Rifa Meppen), and at construction km 810+500 the Emstek-Ost interchange is structurally adapted to the new alignment.
