TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall provide the following services in accordance with § 47 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 13, Section 13.1 for the three aforementioned replacement structures: Service phase 1 (LPH 1): determination of the basic data Service phase 2 (LPH 2): preliminary planning Service phase 3 (LPH 3): design planning Service phase 4 (LPH 4): approval planning. LPH 5 and LPH 6 will be awarded optionally once planning permission has been secured. All information provided by the bidder for LPH 5 (execution planning) and LPH 6 (preparation of the award procedure) of the OP Verkehrsanlagen as well as the special services, including the prices for LPH 5 and LPH 6, shall be taken into account when evaluating the offers. However, in the first step only LPH 1 to LPH 4 in connection with the OP Verkehrsanlagen will be commissioned together with the award of the contract. Citizens and political bodies are to be informed about the replacement structure project for the Große Hase bridge at an early stage and involved in the project.
