TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this VgV procedure is the required services of “Technical building equipment” in accordance with §55, in reference to Annex 15 to HOAI, in performance phases 1 - 8. A approved fire protection concept, a contaminant investigation and a thermographic inspection are available. The services being advertised here must be coordinated with these. Further services required for the project, such as the planning services for Technical building equipment, will be awarded separately. Special or additional services (optional): 1. Assisting in the selection of suitable funding programmes. 2. Assisting in the selection and integration of an officially recognised testing expert in accordance with the Testing Ordinance – PrüfVO 3. Provision of sub-distributions and intermediate meters (e.g. electricity, possibly heat/cooling/water) for separate consumption recording and supply of possible rental units on the upper floors of House 1; adaptation of the technical infrastructure for a tenancy-suitable billing unit Otherwise, reference is made to the description of services.
