TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract’s purpose is the design, preparation, facilitation, coordination, communication and evaluation of the activities of the Plan Climat Network. For the purposes of this contract, animating the network consists in bringing together and coordinating the activities of its members in order to encourage collective momentum at the regional level. To this end, the service provider is expected to promote exchanges, conviviality and the pleasure for members to be part of the network. Bringing people together around shared interests and valuing the work of the network’s members by sharing it are essential in order to stimulate, mobilise and make the network dynamic. Therefore, information management for and within the network has an important role in the animation to be developed. The objective is to support network members in becoming genuine players in its animation and not merely “consumers” of it.
