TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to: - Entrust a service company with the provision of telephone answering and call management services on behalf of Reims Habitat. - Define the conditions under which they are performed. The expected services concern: - Overflow call management as soon as all internal lines of Reims Habitat are busy. - On-call call management from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. throughout the week, including weekends, public holidays, and exceptionally closed days. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid at unit and lump-sum prices.
