TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot No 1 – Containers for household waste, plastic, with a volume of 1100 l, type “Bobǎr”; The Contractor guarantees the full functional fitness of the delivered containers, in accordance with the agreed intended use, as well as in accordance with the Technical Proposal, the Technical Specification and standards. The delivered waste collection containers must be factory-new and unused. They must have parameters that meet the Contracting Authority’s minimum requirements specified in these technical specifications. They must be manufactured from quality materials ensuring normal and problem-free operation during the period of their use. They must meet the legally established requirements for quality and safety for use by end users. Place of delivery: town of Targovishte, Industrial Zone, Nikola Marinov St. The delivery performance period is determined in calendar days and is in accordance with the proposal of the participant selected as Contractor, and may not be longer than 45 (forty-five) calendar days for Lot No 1, counted from the date of receipt of the Letter of Contracting Authority.
