TENDER DESCRIPTION

Separate position No 1 – Containers for household waste, plastic, with volume 1100 l, type “Beaver”; The Contractor guarantees the full functional suitability of the delivered containers, in accordance with the agreed intended use, as well as in accordance with the Technical Proposal, Technical Specification and standards. The delivered waste collection containers shall be factory new and unused. They must have parameters that meet the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority, specified in these technical specifications. They must be manufactured from quality materials ensuring normal and trouble-free operation for the period of use. They must meet the legally established requirements for quality and safety for use by end users. Place of delivery: city of Targovishte, Industrial Zone, Nikola Marinov Street. The delivery performance period is determined in calendar days and is in accordance with the proposal of the participant selected as Contractor, but may not be longer than 45 (forty-five) calendar days for Separate position No 1, starting from the date of receipt of the Contracting Authority’s Letter of Award.
