TENDER DESCRIPTION
The delivered equipment must be brand new, unused, and manufactured in accordance with European safety standards. Software products (packages) delivered with the equipment must be licensed (where applicable). The equipment must be supplied complete with all parts, accessories, and consumables necessary for proper operation and trouble-free use. The offered equipment must have parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the technical specification. The subject of the lot is described in detail in the technical specification, part of the documentation.
