This contract has as its purpose the award of a contract, by purchase order, for the supply of clean wood fuel for the boiler room of the Résidence La Collinière of the CH of SAINT AMAND LES EAUX (EHPAD with 320 beds). Place(s) of performance: La Collinière of the CH of SAINT AMAND LES EAUX 59230 Saint-Amand-les-Eaux The framework agreement with a maximum amount is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code on Public Procurement. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of €100,000 excluding tax per period of performance.
