The purpose of this contract is the award of a contract, by means of purchase orders, for the supply of clean wood fuel for the boiler room of the La Collinière Residence of the CH de SAINT AMAND LES EAUX (EHPAD with 320 beds).Place(s) of performance:La Collinière of the CH de SAINT AMAND LES EAUX59230 Saint-Amand-les-EauThe framework agreement with a maximum is concluded in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded without any minimum and with a maximum of €100,000 excluding tax per performance period.
